Once a sportsmen's paradise, rural Pike County has now become the fastest-growing county in Pennsylvania, drawing a diverse collection of newcomers from metropolitan New York, New Jersey and elsewhere.
  When Kim Pearce grew up, there were farms where there are now strip malls, pristine mountains where there are now housing developments.
   Yet, despite the growth of the past couple decades, Pike County retains much of 
its natural beauty -- from the mighty Delaware
